Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, please return the purchased items in their original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return To request a return, please contact us through the contact form on our website. Include your order number and reason for return and we will provide you with return instructions. Please do not send items back without first receiving instructions.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as GEMELLE is not responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately through our website contact form with your order number and a description of the issue.
